| I started running in high school. I have run in more than 100 races and certified triathlon coach. I am a multiple Ironman finisher and competed in the 2006 Ironman 70.3 World Championships. God is so good! |

| My name is Freddie Valdes. I am 41 years old. I have worked for the Drug Enforcement Administration since 1994. My wife, Julia and I have 2 beautiful daughters, Juliana and Jessica. God is the central focal point of our lives. I have learned that when we keep Him “The Center” he opens our eyes to things around us not just so we can benefit, but so we can be a blessing to others. FCA-E enables me to share my faith whether I am training or racing. I learned about FCA-E through a chance meeting with an athlete wearing a FCA-E jersey at this years’ St. Anthony’s Triathlon in St. Petersburg in April. We visited and the rest is history. I am Tampa’s Huddle leader and very excited about what God is doing in our huddle today. (see "Huddle Updates"). |
